The Process
Prior to coating, we prepare and pre-treat the product/surface. This removes the dirt, grime and contaminants to ensure there is adhesion between the powder and base metal. Next we place the product in a chromate tank for chromate conversion. After cleaning and treatment, we apply the powder coating through the use of an electrostatic gun to achieve a perfect finish. Our range of Dulux colours and finishes are designed to suit residential and commercial products. Finally, the items are heat cured to ensure the powder is bonded correctly to the metal.
